Noon Seven Giveaway
Official Rules
To celebrate the new Noon Seven collection, we're giving away 2 watches: one for the winner and another for the friend they tag in their comment.
By entering, you agree to the rules set out on this page.
1. Organiser
This giveaway is organised by Noon Seven (noonseven.com) and takes place exclusively on the Instagram profile @noonsevencompany.
2. Giveaway period
The start and end dates of the giveaway, as well as the date on which the result will be announced, are stated in the official giveaway post on Instagram. Comments made after the closing time will not be considered.
3. Who can enter
- People aged 18 or over;
- residing in mainland Portugal or mainland Spain;
- with a personal, genuine and public Instagram account at the time of the draw.
Noon Seven managers and staff, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. Fake accounts, accounts created solely to enter giveaways or accounts showing automated behaviour will be excluded.
4. How to enter
- Follow the @noonsevencompany profile;
- like the official giveaway post;
- comment on the official post with the watch model you would like to receive and tag a friend (example: Vega Rosé @friend);
- share the official post in your stories, tagging @noonsevencompany.
You may enter more than once, as long as you tag a different friend in each comment. Each valid comment counts as one entry.
As stories are only visible for 24 hours, the share is only checked for the person drawn, through the tag notification received by @noonsevencompany. We recommend that you keep a screenshot of your story.
Duplicate comments (same account and same tagged friend), comments without a tagged friend, or comments tagging brand accounts, pages or fake profiles will not be considered.
5. Prize
- The winner receives the Noon Seven watch named in their comment;
- the friend tagged in that comment also receives a Noon Seven watch of their choice;
- shipping is free to addresses in mainland Portugal and mainland Spain.
If the chosen model is out of stock, the winner may choose another model available in the store. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or for any items other than watches.
6. How the draw works
After the giveaway closes, all valid comments are collected and the winner is chosen at random using a giveaway tool. The entire process is recorded on video and posted to the @noonsevencompany stories to ensure transparency.
A reserve comment is also drawn. Before announcing the result, we check that the winner and the tagged friend meet all the rules. If either of them does not, the prize passes to the reserve.
7. Contacting the winner
The winner will be contacted by direct message sent only from the official @noonsevencompany profile and will have 72 hours to reply. If no reply is received within that time, the prize passes to the reserve.
8. Personal data
The details requested from the winners (name, address and contact information) are used solely to send the prize, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Instagram
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta.
