Noon Seven return policy — 30 days
In addition to the legal period of 14 days, Noon Seven offers a commercial return policy of 30 days.
Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request the return of the item within 30 consecutive days after receiving the order.
To benefit from this commercial return policy, the item must:
- be in the same condition as it was received;
- show no signs of use, wear or damage;
- be returned with its respective accessories;
- retain the labels, where applicable;
- be returned, whenever possible, in its original packaging.
The receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase may also be requested.
Damaged items or items with signs of use
Under our 30-day commercial policy, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items that show damage, signs of use, or alterations that were not present at the time of delivery.
This condition does not limit the consumer's legal rights regarding products that have been delivered defective, damaged, or non-compliant.
