Estimated delivery times

Currently, the estimated times are:

• Mainland Portugal and Spain — Standard3 to 5 business days
• Mainland Portugal and Spain — Express1 to 2 business days
• Madeira and the Azores3 to 5 business days
• Other European countries5 to 10 business days

The presented times are estimates and may be subject to change due to external circumstances or situations not under Noon Seven's direct control.

Shipping costs

• Mainland Portugal and Spain: free Standard shipping; Express shipping for €4.90.
• Madeira and the Azores: €9.90, free on orders of €99 or more.
• Other European countries: Standard shipping for €9.90 and, in countries where it is available, Express shipping for €14.90. Both are free on orders of €99 or more.

The shipping cost applicable to your order is always shown at checkout, before you complete your purchase.

Order processing

The delivery period begins after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Processing and transport times are considered in business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Once the order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation and, when available, the corresponding tracking information.

Possible delays

Although we make every effort to deliver orders within the indicated timeframes, delays may occur due to external factors, including:

• periods of high demand;
• carrier delays;
• adverse weather conditions;
• customs procedures;
• public holidays;
• unforeseen events or situations beyond our control.

During festive seasons and periods of higher order volume, especially at Christmas, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.

We therefore recommend that orders intended for specific dates or special occasions be placed in advance.

International shipping

For orders destined for other countries, the delivery time may also be influenced by customs procedures and the local authorities of the destination country.

When applicable, any customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may be charged according to the rules of the destination country.

Order tracking

When a tracking code is available, it will be sent to the contact details associated with the order after dispatch.

The tracking provided by the carrier may take some time to show the first updates after the shipment is created.
