Orders and Payments

• How do I place an order?

  Simply choose the model and colour you prefer, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. The process is simple and secure. After confirmation, you will receive an email with your order details.

• What payment methods are available?

  We accept the main payment methods: credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard), MB WAY, Multibanco, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.

• Can I change or cancel my order?

  Yes, as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible via info@noonseven.com with your order number.

Shipping and Delivery

• What are the delivery times?

  Mainland Portugal: 1–3 business days. Madeira and Azores: 3–5 business days. Europe: 5–10 business days. Rest of the World: 10–20 business days. These times are estimates and may vary.

• How do I track my order?

  After dispatch, you will receive an email with the CTT tracking code. You can use this code on our Order Status page to track your delivery in real time.

• Is shipping free?

  Please see our Shipping Policy for up-to-date information on shipping costs and free shipping conditions.

Returns and Refunds

• Can I return a product?

  Yes. You have 30 days from receipt to request a return (in addition to the legal 14-day right of withdrawal). The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use. Please see our Refund Policy.

• I received a defective product. What should I do?

  We apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately via info@noonseven.com with photos of the product and a description of the issue. We will resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Do the watches come with a warranty?

  Yes. All Noon Seven watches include a warranty. Please see our Terms of Service for detailed information on warranty coverage and conditions.

• Are the watches water-resistant?

  Water-resistance specifications vary by model. You'll find detailed information on each product page. We recommend avoiding prolonged immersion in any case.
