We want your experience with Noon Seven to be smooth from start to finish. That's why you can request a return of products purchased directly on our website within 30 days after receipt, provided the conditions set out in our Refund Policy are met.

If the order is part of a set or kit, all items in the offer must be returned together so that the refund can be processed correctly.

Products offered free of charge as part of a campaign, promotion or special offer must also accompany the return whenever the refund involves the purchase that generated the benefit. Packaging materials or gift wrapping offered free of charge during campaigns do not need to be returned, unless otherwise stated.

When a return causes the order to no longer meet the conditions of a promotion originally applied, the refund amount may be recalculated according to the terms of the offer.
